Greatr is a routine builder for iPhone. You stack small habits into a morning or evening routine, Greatr locks the apps you choose until you finish it, and Otto, your guide in the app, keeps count of every day you show up.

Greatr is an iPhone app, available on the App Store.

Download Greatr from the App Store and follow the short setup. Pick a few habits, choose when your routine happens (morning, evening or both) and put the habits in the order you want to do them. You can adjust your routine later in the app.

Start small. Two or three habits you can do on a busy day are better than a long list you skip. Once your routine feels easy, add the next habit to it.

Otto is your guide in Greatr. He greets you on the Home screen, keeps count of the days you show up and is there when you want to talk about your habits or your day.

Greatr uses Apple's Screen Time to lock the apps you choose from the time you pick, in the morning or the evening. When you open a locked app, you see Greatr's shield instead. Once you finish your routine, your apps open again.

iOS only lets an app lock other apps after you allow it to use Screen Time. iOS shows the permission prompt, and you choose the apps and categories to lock in Apple's own picker.

No. Apple's Screen Time framework lets Greatr lock the apps you pick without showing Greatr what you do inside them.

Yes. You can change the apps and categories Greatr locks whenever you like, from within the app.

You can remove Greatr's Screen Time access at any time in the iOS Settings app. Without it, Greatr cannot lock apps, and the rest of the app keeps working.

Greatr subscriptions are billed through the App Store, to the Apple Account on your iPhone. Apple handles the payment, so we never see your card details. Prices and billing periods are shown in the app before you subscribe.

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Greatr and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Sign in with the same Apple Account you subscribed with, open Greatr, go to Settings from your Profile and tap Restore purchases. Your subscription belongs to your Apple Account, not to one device.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Greatr collects what it needs to run your account and routines, deliver your subscription and improve the app. Our privacy policy explains each item and every service involved.

In Greatr, open Profile, tap Account, then Delete account and confirm. If you no longer have the app, email privacy@getgreatr.app from the address on your account. Delete your account explains what happens next.
